Morarjee Desai diet
    Two litres of milk , in seven doses evenly spread over the day.
    Coconut water twice a day,
preferably in the morning at a three - hour interval.
  An early lunch at 9 .30 a.m.consisting of more milk, fruit, home made cottage cheese, butter from cow s milk, dates and something sweet.
   Dinner is the same ,with steamed ,not boiled ,vegetables substituted for fruit.
